There will be a Closed session, Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-711(A)(7), for Consultation with Legal Counsel and Briefing by Staff Members Pertaining to Probable Litigation, where such Consultation or Briefing in an Open Meeting would Adversely Affect the Negotiating or Litigating Posture of the Public Body, and for Consultation with Legal Counsel Employed or Retained by a Public Body Regarding Specific Legal Matters Requiring the Provision of Legal Advice by such Counsel, and;
Closed Session, Pursuant to Virginia Code Section 2.2-3711(A)(1), for Discussion and Consideration of Prospective Candidates for Appointment as Stonewall District Representative to the Board of Supervisors Effective January 1, 2016, and for Discussion and Consideration of the Terms and Conditions of Employment of a Prospective Candidate for Employment.
