Board of Supervisors Meeting - Closed Session
The Frederick County Board of Supervisors will meet on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors’ Meeting Room, County Administration Building, 107 N. Kent Street, Winchester, VA. The Board will convene a closed session pursuant to Section 2.2-3711 A (7) of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, for consultation with legal counsel and briefing by legal counsel, pertaining to a legal claim against the County, LAKE HOLIDAY COUNTRY CLUB, INC. V. FREDERICK COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, ET AL., currently pending in the Frederick County Circuit Court, and a legal claim against the County, LEUENBERGER V. SPICER, ET AL., currently pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, where such consultation or briefing in an open meeting would adversely affect the negotiating or litigating posture of the Board, and the matter requires the provision of legal advice by such counsel
