The Buildings and Grounds Committee will meet on Tuesday October 6 at 10:00 am, in the Tom Baldridge, Winchester – Frederick County Jaycees Shelter, Rose Hill Park, 1871 Jones Road, Winchester, VA  22602.   Appropriate social distancing will be observed during the meeting, use of masks is encouraged.
