The Board will enter a closed session pursuant to Virginia Code Sec. 2.2-3711(A)(3) for discussion of the disposition of publicly held real property, 441 Linden Drive, in the City of Winchester, where discussion in an open meeting would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy of the public body.
