- Through the mail (postmark of 6/5/2019 is considered on time)
- Placed in our night deposit box on the Cameron Street side of the County Office Building (107 N. Kent Street, Winchester, VA 22601)
- Online at our website www.fredtax.com (11:59 P.M. on 6/5/2019 is considered on time)
