The Frederick County Animal Shelter will continue its tradition of participating in the Apple Blossom Festival's "Sunday in the Park" event. Sunday in the park will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sun., May 5. Be sure to stop in and meet our staff and mascot. The shelter will be open for adoptions on Sunday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
